Alaska Landscapes

Alaska's landscapes are a testament to the Earth's boundless creativity, a symphony of elements that converge to create scenes of unparalleled beauty. From the tranquil tundra to the cosmic wonders of the night sky, this collection of bridge descriptions invites you to step into my lens and experience the multifaceted tapestry of Alaska's natural and human wonders. Each photograph is a brushstroke on the canvas of memory, capturing a fleeting moment in time that will forever resonate in the heart and soul. Among these, the ethereal dance of the Aurora Borealis stands as a vivid reminder that even in the farthest reaches of our world, there are spectacles of light and color that stir the imagination and connect us to the marvels of the universe.

Dzembronya, Ukraine

Dzembronya is the highest mountain village in Ukraine, and sits among the tallest mountains in the country. Only 258 people live in this remote town, but anyone willing to make the journey is treated to a once in a lifetime experience with breathtaking scenery.

Carpathian Mountains by Air

The Carpathian Mountains majestically stretch through Central and Eastern Europe, beginning in the Czech Republic and winding all the way south to Serbia. I visited Ukraine in the Autumn last year to explore the Carpathians via drone. I left with some of my favorite landscape photographs I've ever taken- enough to warrant a second post. More soon...

Ukraine needs your support. Right now, and for the foreseeable future, all profits from the sale of ANY of my photographic prints will be donated to Ukraine's United24 fund.

Iceland

When I planned this trip to Iceland, I expected to photograph jagged mountain ranges and black sand beaches. I wasn’t counting on the low hanging fog that crept over the peaks, giving these shots their otherworldly feel. I was lucky to be there at the right time- unless they always look like this. Either way, it was breathtaking.
